According to reports, RB Leipzig has turned down the offer because it intends to keep Diomande for at least another season.
It's been suggested that the offer of €90 million plus €10 million in add-ons may not be sufficient, but a bid of €120 million could potentially lead to negotiations.
RB Leipzig also anticipates that other clubs, including French champions Paris Saint-Germain, will enter the race to sign Diomande.
