"I couldn't speak highly enough of him," Henderson said. "I know there's a lot written in the media about him, but I just know how big an influence he is on the team, how good a teammate he is off the field."
Bellingham has been credited with bringing a special quality to the team, and Henderson believes he is a key player in their success.
"He's got experience in tournaments, he's a big game player," Henderson said. "He's a huge player for us in this tournament, and if you ask any player in the group, they'll tell you how much of a good teammate he is, how well he trains."
Henderson also praised Bellingham's leadership and mentoring skills, saying that he helps young players and new additions to the team.
"He's young, but he also helps the young players, the new players that come in," Henderson said. "How he was with Rio, Josh King, Alex Scott, Ethan - how he is with the players, nobody sees that."
Henderson has been working to maintain a happy and balanced squad, and it's clear that he and Bellingham have a strong relationship.
