Kolo Muani spent the second half of last season on loan with Juventus, participating in the Club World Cup, and a permanent deal was expected to be finalized this summer.
However, the situation remains uncertain, and Comolli has stated that the club has only had preliminary discussions with PSG, without making any significant progress.
"We spoke with PSG, but we haven't gone beyond small talk," Comolli said. "I don't know what will happen. Anything can happen between now and Monday."
Comolli emphasized the club's need to be cautious with their finances, particularly due to the Financial Fair Play rules and anticipated financial challenges in the 2025-26 and 2026-27 seasons.
He noted that top strikers like Kolo Muani come with a high price tag, and the club already has two skilled strikers in their lineup, including Dusan Vlahovic, who has committed to staying with Juventus.
