Fedorenko has been with Manchester United since 2017 and played a crucial role in the improvement of the academy's talent pipeline at various age levels.
He initially joined the club from Sheffield United and was tasked with scouting players aged nine to 11. Later, he was promoted to head of local recruitment in 2021 and then became the head of academy recruitment in 2023.
Fedorenko was instrumental in bringing Chido Obi and JJ Gabriel to the club over the past 18 months.
