The Bristol-born defender scored the opening goal for Juventus in their 4-3 win over their cross-city rivals, Inter Milan, in a thrilling match on Saturday evening.
The last English player to accomplish this feat was Gerald Hitchens, who scored twice for Inter Milan during the 1961-62 season.
Kelly joined Juventus in February 2025, initially on loan with an obligation to buy. The club made the move permanent three months later for €17.5 million, plus performance-based add-ons.
Before joining Juventus, Kelly played for Bournemouth and Newcastle United, and had previously represented England at the youth international level.
