The team secured a 1-0 win over Newcastle in the Premier League, earning a spot in the Champions League next season thanks to Declan Rice's 55th minute goal.
However, the victory wasn't without its challenges, as 24-year-old defender William Saliba was forced to leave the game at halftime due to an injury.
Manager Mikel Arteta spoke to the press after the match, revealing that Saliba had sustained a hamstring injury in his 100th game for the club.
“He felt something in his hamstring in the first half, unfortunately, so we had to make the substitution,” Arteta explained.
