Tenas joins Villarreal from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in a permanent transfer, signing a contract that will keep him with the club until 2029.
Before moving to PSG in 2023, Tenas played for Barcelona and left the club to pursue new opportunities in Paris.
During his time at PSG, Tenas was part of the team that won six titles, including the Champions League, despite facing competition from other goalkeepers.
Tenas has also represented Spain at the senior level and won a gold medal with the national team at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The 24-year-old goalkeeper has joined Villarreal for a transfer fee of €2.5 million.
