According to reports, Delap is asking for a weekly wage of £120,000 to £150,000 if he leaves Ipswich Town. This is a reasonable request, considering his impressive performance last season, where he scored 12 goals and provided two assists in 33 top-flight matches for a newly promoted team.
Several top teams, including United, Chelsea, Newcastle, and Tottenham Hotspur, are vying to sign Delap. His former club, Manchester City, will also receive a portion of the transfer fee, as per the agreement, which is 20% of the amount.
