The case has been ongoing for over a year and a half, despite an independent commission hearing taking place.
Manchester City have denied any wrongdoing and are waiting to hear if they have been cleared or found guilty.
In the meantime, Khaldoon Al Mubarak has stated that he will share the club's side of the story once a verdict has been delivered.
"Let me be consistent - until we have a ruling, I can't say much," Khaldoon said in a statement.
"Once we have a ruling, we'll have a chance to share our side of the story, and I'll say everything I've wanted to say for the last three years," he added.
Under the ownership of Abu Dhabi-based Sheikh Mansour, Manchester City has enjoyed significant success, winning numerous titles including the Premier League, Champions League, and FA Cups.
The club's valuation has increased substantially, and Khaldoon stated that Sheikh Mansour has no intention of selling the City Football Group, which is valued at around $10 billion.
"Sheikh Mansour sees the club as a long-term investment," Khaldoon said.
"He believes that the club will continue to grow and become an even more valuable asset," he added.
"It's football, and it's entertainment," Khaldoon said.
"Sport, and football in particular, is something that will always be in demand," he explained.
"Manchester City and the City Football Group are a valuable asset that Sheikh Mansour intends to hold onto and continue to grow," Khaldoon concluded.
"You don't sell jewels like this," he said.
"They're too valuable and too rare," he added.
