Maresca acknowledged that working with young players often comes with concerns about their confidence and ego, but he is pleased with Estevao's humility and willingness to improve.

"Estevao is a very humble and polite player who wants to work hard," Maresca said.

"He has a great family that supports him, and I appreciate his simple and down-to-earth personality."

Maresca also praised Estevao's exciting playing style, saying it's a joy to watch him play and that fans pay to see players like him and Cole Palmer.

"I work with them every day and know their potential, but I also know that they will face challenges and setbacks," Maresca said.
