O'Neill thinks Bradley has what it takes to replace Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back, who is leaving the club this summer.
In an interview, O'Neill said: "Conor is a talented player who has gained valuable experience playing for a top team like Liverpool, which has won the Premier League title convincingly."
O'Neill explained that playing for a top club like Liverpool comes with competition, and Bradley is aware of this. "He knows that to play at this level, he'll need to compete with other talented players throughout his career," O'Neill said.
O'Neill has included Bradley in Northern Ireland's squad for upcoming friendlies against Denmark and Iceland.
