“In football, you can dominate for the first five-to-ten minutes of the game, but it's essential to keep up the momentum and work together as a team,” he said.
He emphasized the importance of perseverance and pushing through to the end of the game, saying, “You've just got to keep going to the end and keep pushing. And we got a result, which is the most important thing.”
Hudson-Odoi praised the team's mentality and work ethic, saying that their hard work in training translates to success on the pitch.
“Everybody knows everybody, and we work hard to build connections and understand each other's strengths and weaknesses,” he explained.
He noted that the team's connections and understanding of each other's playing styles are vital to their success.
