Chelsea's manager, Enzo Maresca, is interested in Jamie Gittens, a 20-year-old player who was previously with Manchester City's academy and later joined Borussia Dortmund in search of more playing time.
A possible deal for Gittens could be finalized soon as Chelsea prepares for the Club World Cup in the USA.
Borussia Dortmund is reportedly willing to sell Gittens for around €60 million, even though he has a release clause of €67 million. This is because Gittens' performance declined in the second half of the season.
