According to sources, the club has presented Sweet with a professional contract.

Sweet is a member of the Wales U19 national team and has had experience playing for Arsenal's U18 and U21 teams.

He made ten appearances with the U21s and was a regular member of the U18 team this season.

Arsenal is also expected to offer professional contracts to teammates Louie Copley and Dan Casey.
